Friendly front desk staff, very effective treatment sessions with Ainara and Raquel, who are kind and gentle. The mixture of massages, machine therapies, and physical workouts were great. I feel that my knees (and back) feel much better. Eskerrik asko!

Highlight the excellent treatment received by Monica and Ainara. During the time I have had to go I have felt at home. Thank you.

Examination by the rehabilitation doctor (5 minutes) who refers to the physiotherapist: exigüa. The physiotherapists, however, are very attentive, professionals who are knowledgeable in their specialty but since they simultaneously care for several patients, the sessions are very short and without direct supervision (many "currents" and little or no manual therapy). Furthermore, it is a center that, due to its organizational dynamics, only gives prior notice for consultations and within the process it is almost impossible to modify the appointment. Therefore, if you have to apply for a work permit, it makes it very difficult to obtain it without a time limit. The waiting period in the room to enter with the physio. or mini-gym is approximately 15 minutes. To get the first appointment (noticed the day before, of course) I had to wait 5 weeks despite my frequent calls. The two receptionists-telephonists-operators of the medical agendas, very correct but within a rather fruitless organizational dynamic for which they are not to blame at all. User IMQ- 20/145916/28.
